This Just In: Saint John's BBQ is ON, Rain or Shine

We cannot wait to celebrate with you in just a few short hours. Please dress appropriately for the weather, knowing rain is a slight possibility.

Currently, the plan is to keep our event outdoors, but not in a covered space or tent. That said, we are making the final call this afternoon as to whether or not we might move into the gym. Either way, the following is what you need to know!

When You Arrive
Find a parking spot, and make your way to the Welcome Table, where you will receive a program and instructions on how to proceed through our dining line (indoors or outdoors, we will be processing down the sidewalk toward the south school entrance, where the food lines will begin).

Important note about masks: Since we are operating a buffet service line, the state's food-serving laws  REQUIRE a mask be worn while moving through the line. Additionally, per Archdiocesan direction, our school's pandemic protocols remain in place through the end of the school year, so anyone who enters the building must have a mask on.

Please have a mask with you, at a minimum for this portion of the event. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!

A Note About Curbside
We have 90% of our curbside attendees picking up right at 6:00 P.M. Please be mindful and patient as these folks wind through the parking lot, similar to our fish frys or our school carline. Entry and exit to the lot will be in the south-most entrance only (please follow the cones and signage). Pick-up will be at the Gathering Space Circle. 

For those entering the parking lot to park and dine-in, please carefully navigate around the carline and find a space to park, or consider parking across the street in one of the spare lots. Keep in mind kids will be on site, so drive with extreme caution. Thanks much in advance!

Late Addition from Green Mill: Cash Bar!
Due to our recent on-site Gala, we've used our monthly quota of liquor licenses with the city. But thanks to the Green Mill of Woodbury and their statewide liquor license, they will have a cash bar for those who choose to enjoy one or two glasses of beer or wine with dinner.  Please note: You will need cash or credit card for this option only, the rest of the meal, including N/A beverages, is on us! Thank you, Green Mill!
