Carrie Rauschendorfer

Welcome!
My name is Carrie Rauschendorfer, and I am happy to be working here at St. John’s School. This will be my second year working with students in the Middle School. My role as aide is to assist the teachers and students throughout the school year. I work with students in the classroom, in small groups, and one-on-one when time allows. I really enjoy getting to know your kids. I am here to help them with challenges and celebrate their accomplishments along the way.
 
Educational Background
I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Minnesota. I also earned a Master’s degree in Public and Nonprofit Administration at Metropolitan State University.
 
Educational Philosophy
I believe every child is unique with individual strengths and weaknesses. It is important for children to have a humble understanding and appreciation for the strengths God has blessed them with. It is equally important for students to understand that we all have weaknesses and things we need to work harder at. I am here to help students build off their strengths while working through things that may come harder to them.
